All treatments are subject to a consultation and suitability assessment.
2. Consultations & Medical Disclosure
Clients must provide complete and accurate medical history information before treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, previous procedures or medical conditions may affect treatment outcomes and safety.
No.29 Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
Consultation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Treatment Results
No Guaranteed Results
Aesthetic treatments involve biological responses that vary between individuals.
While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome:

No refunds will be provided on the basis that a client is dissatisfied with the degree of improvement achieved where treatment has been provided appropriately and safely.

5. Refund Policy

Retail Products
Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if:

6. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Less than 48 Hours’ Notice
The deposit will be forfeited.
Less than 24 Hours’ Notice
Up to 100% of the treatment fee may be charged.

Failure to attend within the specified review period may result in additional charges.

14. Complaints Procedure

By booking an appointment and/or signing a treatment consent form, clients confirm that:

Treatment Suitability and Clinical Judgment
No.29 Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to decline, postpone or modify any treatment if, in the clinician’s professional opinion, treatment is not in the client’s best interests or may present an unacceptable risk. In such circumstances, treatment fees paid for the appointment may be transferred to an alternative suitable treatment or refunded at the clinic’s discretion.
This clause gives you valuable protection if a client arrives with a contraindication, recent sun exposure before IPL, an active infection, unrealistic expectations, etc.
